Ingredients

For the crepes:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup (240ml) milk

1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

1 egg

1 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

 

For the filling:

½ cup crushed cornflakes

¼ cup chocolate chips or melted chocolate

2 tbsp caramel sauce

 

For garnish:

Melted chocolate drizzle

Extra caramel sauce

 

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Banana Crepe Batter

1. In a blender, mix the bananas and milk until smooth.

2. Add the egg, flour, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

3. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes for better texture.


Step 2: Cook the Crepes

1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

2. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting it to spread evenly.

3. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.

4. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
